As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

More about our mission and what we offer.
We are looking for a Product Specialist to join the Grow (Investments) Operations team to enhance existing products and build the foundational infrastructure for Wise's future investment solutions.
As a Product Specialist in Grow Operations, your role centers on end-to-end project ownership and operational excellence. You will be critical in operationalising new products and regions, and relentlessly improving existing processes to ensure they are scalable, efficient, and risk-minimised.
You will own the team's impact on KPI improvements and risk mitigation for the Grow Squad. This means taking full, end-to-end ownership of projects, from initial scoping to final implementation.
Your Mission:
Wise Assets is one of our fastest-growing products, already live in the UK, EU, Singapore, Australia, and Brazil. In this role, you will elevate that mission by ensuring the scalable expansion of the Assets product and the frictionless launch of new investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, prioritising, and addressing the key operational drivers hindering product expansion and scalability.
- Proactively initiating and prioritising projects based on data-driven team needs, driving innovation and continuous process improvement.
- Owning the end-to-end project lifecycle: from initial scoping, assessing impact, creating rollout plans, through to cross-team collaboration, testing, and solution refinement.
- Translating complex regulatory and technical needs into clear, efficient, and scalable operational processes, supported by data-driven analysis.
- Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to operationalise new products/enhancements and solve complex incidents, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
- Developing efficient operational processes that minimise manual workload, working autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Coordinating with relevant risk teams to assess, mitigate, and manage risks associated with the Grow Squad domain.
- Establishing and maintaining relevant, impactful KPIs and SLAs for new features and processes. You will monitor and respond to changes, serving as the key escalation point for significant breaches.
- Acting as the first-level escalation point for critical cases and crises within your area of expertise.
- Mentoring other Grow Operations Specialists and System Experts, and partnering closely with other Product Specialists.
- Proven Delivery: You have successfully delivered mid-sized projects involving engineers or other product/operational teams, demonstrating clear and measurable impact. You have prior experience making tangible improvements to a product or service.
- Data-Driven: You are comfortable sourcing your own data, building dashboards using BI tools (like Looker), and using data to scope, measure impact, and inform solutions.
- Goal-Oriented: You have a strong track record of setting, monitoring, and achieving targets and goals.
- Problem Solver & Communicator: You can clearly articulate, simplify, and scope complex problems, following through to completion. You are adept at identifying gaps and proactively solving new issues independently.
- Operational Acumen: You possess the technical understanding of product and operations processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to develop and recommend scalable solutions.
- Customer > Team > Ego: You listen and empathise with customer and team challenges, passionate about finding solutions that positively impact Operations teams and customers.
- Strategic Impact: You can measure all solutions against operational KPIs and the product roadmap, actively seeking to maximise efficiency, scalability, and cross-team impact.
- Stakeholder Management: You can communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders, from senior leadership to specialist level, tailoring your message for the right audience.
- Mission Driven: You map mission impact when scoping new projects and are comfortable providing direct feedback when actions or solutions contradict Wise’s principles/mission or introduce unnecessary risk.
- You’re eligible to work in Estonia, we don’t support visas (including residency permits) for this role.
If you're interested, please apply by submitting your CV and answering application questions by 28th of November EOD.
