As a Chargeback and Risk Product Specialist, your role will revolve around project management, with an emphasis on driving key initiatives that help prevent operational losses, improve the existing operational processes connected to loss recovery and ensure that the processes scale well, are efficient and mitigate or minimise risks.

  • Data-Driven Insights: You'll turn business needs into actionable processes, using data to drive decisions and support your vision.
  • Innovation and Prioritization: Proactively drive change, identifying high-impact projects that deliver real value to both internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You'll work alongside internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Product & Engineering, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, Finance etc) to roll out product improvements, solve complex problems, and keep communication transparent and timely.
  • Streamlining Processes: By developing efficient operations, you'll reduce manual workload while working closely with stakeholders and requiring minimal guidance.
  • Risk Management: You’ll work closely with risk teams to anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth, secure processes.
  • Performance Excellence: You'll take charge of defining, monitoring, and refining KPIs and SLAs for new features, ensuring they remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with business goals. You'll be the go-to for managing escalations and incidents with finesse.
  • Crisis Management: As the first point of escalation, you'll handle urgent situations with calm precision, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

If you're a strategic thinker, a problem-solver, and a collaborator with a passion for driving operational excellence, this is the role for you!
