At Wise we are truly global with nearly half our Wisers working in a country different from their nationality. So, being able to provide truly international people offerings is critical to what we do.

How we work
We are transparent in our communications - our CPO blogs weekly to the entire team so everyone knows at any point of time what is top of mind. And of course we have regular connects as a team to stay informed and contribute to the shape of the function. Local teams get together on a regular basis in their home office, and there are many regional and global opportunities to collaborate on planning and project work as well as around our Mission Days.
We pride ourselves on a differentiated way of working. We stay close to our stakeholders and we aren't afraid to try new things. In fact we love them. Oh and it's fun too.
