Our People team is focused on building skills for the future, creating an irresistible employee experience and optimising ways of working. Deeply embedded in the Wise organisation, we are a truly global team, spanning 11 locations around the world. Nearly half of our Wisers work in a country different from their nationality - providing a truly international approach to what we do.

Whether you work in Talent, Reward, People Services, People Partnering, Workplace, DE&I or People Programmes, Experience and Analytics – each of our teams is designed to drive growth, tackle key challenges the business is facing and enhance our employee experience to, in turn, improve our customers’ experience. 

We have a flexible approach to working at Wise. Our People team members are in the office at least 12 days a month to build connections and get together as a team on a regular basis. We also get together as a global team during our Mission Days events each year.

We support growth and development. As well as on-the-job and more formal learning opportunities available, our people team members also have the chance to move roles within our teams or to other parts of the organisation.   Last year, one fifth of our roles at Wise were filled by internal candidates. This helps to build skills and strengthen career opportunities, no matter what path you want to take.
