You’ll make sure the Wise experience is safe and seamless for our customers around the world. With over 60 currencies and over 16 million people using Wise, this is no mean feat.
You’ll work with local regulators and banking partners, to make sure we comply with local financial laws and regulations. Building frameworks from scratch, you’ll take complex processes and make them seamless. You might fly under the radar — but you’ll be keeping our customers secure, and Wise trusted.

As the voice of our customers, you help our Product teams tweak and iterate new processes to create the best possible customer experience.

We support our customers around the globe in time-zones that work best for them. We have offices in several locations and you’ll work a variety of shifts to suit our customer needs. We also support specific areas of our product, from business to consumer. The goal is to build trust with our customers — making things simple.
