Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Performance and Talent partner to be part of driving global initiatives, positioning Wise as a top destination for talents to thrive. In this role, you will advance our mission by cultivating high-performing teams through goals, ongoing feedback, development, and growth. You will play an active role in running performance reviews, lead impactful talent projects, collaborate with people partners in our dynamic product - engineering teams to drive the performance and talent agenda and work closely with the people team to embed performance and talent deeply in our ways of working.
About You
You are a passionate and experienced performance and talent management professional, with a proven track record of delivering impactful performance and talent initiatives ideally in high-growth businesses. You have successfully owned and driven multiple global initiatives and collaborated with senior stakeholders to achieve objectives. Your strengths lie in building connections, strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving, project and change management.
Your Mission:
Build relationships with key stakeholders taking a coaching approach to deliver the talent and performance strategy.
Design, implement, and optimize performance and talent management solutions at scale, this may include performance reviews, succession planning and career progression.
Planning and executing medium to large-scale performance and talent projects, utilizing a phased MVP approach.
Act as a strategic talent partner for the product-engineering functions, collaborating with People Partners to optimise talent and performance initiatives to drive high performance.
Manage performance and talent tools in Workday, exploring best practice in optimisation of the process.
Create learning and knowledge management solutions tailored to performance and talent management needs.Gather and analyse trends in performance and talent data for senior stakeholders to drive informed talent decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the people team to deliver a holistic approach to performance and talent management at Wise.
Core skills:
Proficient in stakeholder management, strategic thinking and project management.
Proficient in the use of HRIS tools to drive high performance .e.g. Workday or other.
Consultative approach to problem-solving, applying data-driven insights to create tailored solutions.
Adept at stakeholder management, collaborating and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders to achieve set goals.
Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
