We are looking for an analytically minded Sanctions Outsourcing Specialist to join our growing Operations Team. As part of the Sanctions Operations team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the operational success of our outsourced teams. You’ll dive into performance data, identify areas for improvement, and drive actionable insights to help us deliver exceptional results.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the team:

- Investigate and resolve vendor issues and pain points, collaborating with our Product and Engineering teams to implement solutions.
- Design, optimise, and execute daily operational process controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Use BI tools (and ideally SQL) to conduct in-depth data analysis across agent and vendor performance, QA scores, and scheduling
- Create and maintain MI dashboards, providing clear and actionable insights to key stakeholders across the business.
- Deliver data extracts, reports, and analysis to support decision-making and solution development.
- Partner with our Workforce Management (WFM) team to optimise capacity planning and headcount distribution.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align on goals and deliver seamless solutions.
- Develop deep expertise in all Outsourcing processes and tools, becoming the go-to person for insights and guidance.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (basic to intermediate level).
- Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel as needed (we have teams in the USA, London, Estonia, Hungary, India, Malaysia, and Japan).
- You are eligible to work in Estonia - we don't offer visa or relocation support for this role.
Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus:

- Experience or understanding of the Sanctions domain.
- Additional language skills relevant to one or more jurisdictions in which Wise operates.
If you’re ready to take on an exciting challenge and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
