Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Knowledge Manager / Technical Enablement Manager to join our team in London and play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction by ensuring our Delivery team has access to top-tier knowledge resources, frameworks, and tooling to execute complex banks and large enterprises integrations flawlessly. 

You will work closely with technical and business teams, including Pre-Sales, Implementation, Solution Engineering, Product Engineering, Product Management, and other key stakeholders, to create and optimize a robust technical knowledge-sharing ecosystem.

This will involve developing and refining methodologies, tools, and best practices that enable seamless and efficient project delivery. You will lead efforts in tools and technology enablement, ensuring that the Delivery team is equipped with and proficient in using cutting-edge solutions to streamline operations.

In this role, you will establish and implement new frameworks and processes that drive standardization across the Global Delivery function, enhancing the efficiency, consistency, and quality of our project execution. 

You will be responsible for creating and managing a suite of standardized materials, including presentation decks, technical documentation, and onboarding guides, designed to elevate the quality of our client interactions and project outcomes. 

Additionally, you will collaborate with our Analytics team to establish performance management practices and reporting systems to monitor the effectiveness of delivery processes and knowledge initiatives, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Your focus on excellence will push the Global Delivery team to consistently deliver outstanding results, strengthening client relationships and reinforcing our position as a market leader in delivery execution.

Your mission:

  • Technical Knowledge framework development: Develop and implement knowledge-sharing frameworks to standardise and improve efficiency across the Global Delivery function.

  • Collaboration: Work with Pre-Sales, Implementation, Solution Engineering, and other teams to build a cohesive knowledge management ecosystem.

  • Standardised Resources: Create and maintain presentation decks, technical documentation, and onboarding guides to enhance client interactions and project outcomes.

  • Training Programs: Design and deliver training to upskill the Delivery team, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

  • Onboarding Frameworks: Develop effective onboarding processes for new team members to accelerate their integration and productivity.

  • Tools & Technology Enablement: Identify, implement, and support the use of technology tools that streamline delivery processes and enhance team efficiency.

  • Performance Management & Reporting: Collaborate with the Analytics team to establish performance metrics, create reporting systems, and analyse data to drive continuous improvement and optimize delivery operations.

  • Continuous Improvement: Refine methodologies and tools based on feedback and performance insights to support seamless and effective project delivery.

  • Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence within the Global Delivery team, driving exceptional client outcomes and strengthening relationships.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a knowledge management, technical enablement, or delivery-focused role, preferably within the fintech, banking, or technology sectors. 

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Pre-Sales, Implementation, Solution Engineering) to optimize project delivery and knowledge-sharing processes.

  • Hands-on experience in developing and standardizing frameworks, creating technical documentation, and managing training programs for large, complex teams.

  • Familiarity with performance management, reporting, and analytics to track and drive improvements in project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Experience with API and/or SWIFT-based payment integrations, navigating complex banking systems or large enterprise environments, and understanding of the technical and business challenges involved.

  • Experience in the fintech or banking industries, particularly with large enterprise clients and payment system integrations.

  • Knowledge of API integration protocols, SWIFT messaging standards, and how these are applied in banking or enterprise payment solutions.

  • Proficiency in knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, or equivalent) and collaboration platforms.

  • Strong understanding of tools and technologies that support project delivery (e.g., project management software, collaboration tools, and technical documentation platforms).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
