Role Summary:
As a Technology Project Manager in the Third Party Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of key Third Party Management tools, including those for risk, contracts, procurement, and IntraGroup services. Your first responsibility will be centred around supporting the implementation of a new tool for the domain and ensuring its successful adoption across the organisation. You will communicate progress to global and regional teams, lead efforts to train others on tooling awareness, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and effective third party risk management. The role will include, but is not limited to, end-to-end project management—coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and managing tooling risks. This position requires a proactive approach to handling project challenges and delivering successful outcomes.
Key Scope:
- Facilitate system migrations and tool implementations with a focus on effective collaboration across teams. Communicate technical details to various audiences, including auditors, with clarity and confidence.

- Drive process transformation initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the Third Party Risk Management domain.
- Develop, review, and refine process documentation, manage cross-functional task groups, and ensure that all delivered products meet project specifications within the designated time frames.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, and adapt the project plan as necessary to deliver measurable outcomes within the deadlines.
- Support data analysis activities by executing queries and generating reports. Consolidate data from multiple sources to provide insightful information for decision-making.
- Lead efforts to configure, update, and troubleshoot TPRM tools while serving as the subject matter expert. Ensure tools operate smoothly and efficiently to meet business needs.
- Monitor industry trends and stakeholder requirements. Propose and implement enhancements to tools and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
