We’re searching for a skilled process and team lead professional to join our Finance team with the aim to advance the accounts receivable processes to best practices, identify and select tools that fit for purpose and ensure that processes and systems are running smoothly to support managing cash inflow as well as payments collection from Wise platform customers.
Your mission:
Elevate the Accounts Receivable process to a higher standard and build the well-structured Accounts Receivable team.
Support the company growth in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing timely billing, reconciliation, booking of incoming payments and customer accounts, collection activities, accruals calculations and bookings for month-end.
Communicate discrepancies to Wise Platform business, area controller and leadership through the aging report, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection strategies.
Strengthen and grow relationships with Wise Platform business and its customers by communicating with them regarding billing and overdue accounts.
Drive operational excellence of the accounts receivable process by identifying areas and tools for performance improvement, while building sufficient process controls, assessing and mitigating operational risks.
Coordinate the planning activities, its execution and sharing relevant results and updates.
In collaboration with Business develop and measure KPIs for success.
Stakeholders management: organize, monitor and improve the relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
Here's what we think you'll need to be successful and happy in this job:
You have at least 3-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or any other relevant field; experience in driving process improvement and/or leadership role.
You possess the courage to take on challenges and make sound decisions, demonstrating both initiative and the ability to work independently, while also being a good team player.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills
Cooperative attitude and ability to manage deadlines
You have good written and verbal English skills.
You have worked in a multinational environment across different cultures and countries.

- Salary: 3,000 - 4,000 EUR (gross monthly) + RSUs
