Our dynamic Accounting team in Tallinn is looking for a skilled Financial Specialist with a solid Accounting background to come on board as Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who is passionate about numbers, enjoys taking ownership of their tasks and wants to work in a fast-growing, international and fun environment. This role is dedicated to operational execution and ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Accounts Receivable process.
Your mission:
Perform customer master data setup, billing, cash application, and collections activities.
Monitor and track internal systems and contracts for revenue requirements.
Ensure accurate accruals and other accounting adjustments.
Supporting month-end close activities in related areas of responsibility.
Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Lead and all other stakeholders to implement new processes and handle operational queries.
Conduct process controls performance.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations for the respective customer accounts.
Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Contribute to the improvement of our accounts receivable process.
Participate in projects aimed at enhancing accounting processes and internal controls.
Here's what we think you'll need to be successful and happy in this job:
A solid understanding of core accounting principles; a qualification in accounting is advantageous (combination of Accounts Receivable and General Accounting 2-3 years of experience is ideal).
A positive, cooperative attitude with a hands-on and independent approach to work.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume operational tasks.

Salary: 2,500 - 3,000 EUR (gross monthly) + RSUs
