Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.
Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their life easier and save them money.
As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere.
More about our mission.
Wise Platform helps banks, software companies and large enterprises leverage Wise’s infrastructure to offer their customers world-class payments products through their own channels. Our partners make up some of the world’s biggest banks and online platforms, such as Monzo, N26, NuBank and Google. We’re a cross-functional team that sits across sales, account management, product, engineering, operations, analytics and more. And we’re global, with offices in New York, London, Singapore and beyond.
The Role:
We're looking for a dynamic Analyst to join our growing team and help our commercial teams use data to close new deals, understand existing partner performance and continue to grow our partnerships.
In this role you’ll be able to deliver significant impact by providing teams with analysis tailored to use cases/products as well as by creating data products that will enable them to self-serve insights, allowing us to scale our commercial efforts rapidly.
You’ll work closely with Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Customer Support Managers on both regular reports and ad-hoc projects. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with other analysts in Wise Platform on cross-team efforts.
Some of things you’ll be working on:
You will partner with our Sales Enablement team in order to create, improve and automate resources the team can use to convert prospects..
You will own the prioritisation and delivery of the ad-hoc requests the analytics team receives. By evaluating the incoming requests and establishing clear delivery timelines you’ll enable our teams to plan for client meetings, internal product discussions and sales strategy sessions.
You will identify ad-hoc projects that can be scaled into data-products, own delivery, QA and communication to teams in order to reduce manual workload.
You will proactively share insight with teams that are relevant to partners and projects and educate them on how they can use this data to shape strategic priorities
A bit about you:
You have a strong track record of successfully partnering with commercial teams on several projects. You can translate commercial requests into data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that enable teams to succeed during prospect/partner conversations.
You are an excellent communicator, able to form your own opinions and effectively articulate them to win colleagues round to your way of thinking.
You are solution-oriented and able to own projects from start to finish. You are comfortable motivating stakeholders across Wise and negotiating timelines to unblock yourself and make things happen!
You’re an expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story and have diagnostic power - even better if you’ve got experience doing this in Looker/Superset.
- You keep scalability in mind when working on projects and proactively identify processes that can be automated to enable self-serve.
- You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow and Python (all analysts at Wise are expected to be full-stack and should be comfortable owning analytics from ingestion to insights).
