  • Continuous Improvement: Driving ongoing improvements and efficiencies in the reporting process ensures that the organisation is always adapting to meet stakeholders' evolving needs. This can lead to better alignment between reporting and strategic objectives.

  • Strengthened Internal Controls: Continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls within the reporting process reduces the risk of errors, fraud, and non-compliance. This enhances the organisation's overall risk management and governance.

  • Reporting Tools Expertise: Serving as a key contact for our reporting tools and developing a comprehensive understanding of its functionalities can optimize the tool's capabilities. This ensures that the organisation is leveraging the full potential of its reporting tools.

  • Growth KPI Management: Involvement in managing Growth KPI reporting, including monthly reviews, analyses, and onboarding of new products, ensures that the organisation is tracking and analysing key performance indicators that drive growth.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Own your own path to success - you’ll have a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

  • Expand your skills and develop for the future - help build efficient financial reporting processes and controls and gain experience that will allow you to grow with the Finance team.

  • Work in an international Finance Team - and learn a lot about Finance, financial technology and driving financial sustainability of a fast growing company.

About you:

Experience:

  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in either financial controlling, financial audit, management reporting or financial reporting.

  • Master’s degree in accounting/finance, or professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent).

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of IFRS and solid understanding of the fundamental finance and accounting principles.

  • Advanced data processing skills (expert Excel is a must, SQL would be an advantage), ability to understand complex spreadsheets and create efficient, reliable calculations with built-in controls, easy scaling and updating capabilities.

  • Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.

  • Positive and cooperative attitude and ready to be a team player.

  • You are open to self-development, willing to gain experience, improve your skills and keen to learn new tricks.

  • You are able to work with multiple teams within and outside of finance as well as internationally on projects or ad hoc requests as required, with flexibility and a can do attitude.
