We’re looking for a Training Specialist to join our growing Due Diligence Training team in Austin, Texas.
Your mission will be to support the learning and development of the Due Diligence teams’ operational agents on site and online as well.
The main tasks will include ensuring smooth onboarding journey, improving the existing learning programs and content and creating new learning opportunities based on the objectives of the Due Diligence teams.
The team's main purpose is to solve the operational capacity and knowledge challenges of the respective Due Diligence internal and external teams by supporting their training and development needs. The team is responsible for creating and maintaining the training program for agents taking into consideration their maturity, different regional and outsourced teams' needs.
Also, our CDD Consumer Training team maintains the respective Confluence pages, ensures logistics are in place for successful delivery of trainings, creates new learning opportunities based on the objectives of the Due Diligence teams, and supports them with regards to knowledge needs and operational questions.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trainer, mentor and guide to agents in multiple locations around the world.
Create training content for agents
Ensure that training materials remain up to date, and all new procedures are added to the team’s Confluence pages.
Plan and keep track of training and mentoring schedules for agents.
Facilitate Due Diligence Consumer onboarding training and refresher sessions to groups of agents.
Assess information absorption by agents and identify gaps in their knowledge.
Proactively create new learning opportunities based on the objectives of the Due Diligence teams.
Work with the Training Team Lead and other stakeholders to ensure the most efficient delivery of training, as well as with:
OPS leadership - to understand training needs
QA team - to understand pain-points of operational agents
KM - to develop user friendly knowledge base / Confluence pages
Product - to participate in the improvement projects (tooling, process, etc.)
Compliance - to be aware of any regulatory changes
Recruitment - to ensure the hiring process is aligned with the role's requirements
You possess excellent verbal and written English skills.
You are punctual, independent, proactive and willing to get things done.
You operate according to the company values.
You have a proven track record of taking ownership and responsibilities as well as being a great team-player.
You are comfortable handling and organising routine schedules, but you can also be flexible with priorities.
You are self-driven, an excellent cross-team communicator, and possess excellent organisational skills.
You are flexible to travel to other countries when in-person training is needed for internal and outsourced teams.
You have the ability to teach others how to acquire the required knowledge by themselves using existing knowledge-based solutions and resources.
Your presentation skills are exceptional, allowing you to clearly convey information and ideas through various media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
Nice to have:
Experience in Finance and/or Due Diligence/KYC field.
Formal training experience.
Knowledge of LMS (Lessonly, Absorb, etc.) and showing excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge about different learning methodologies and ability to identify, plan for, and apply various strategies and techniques to achieve learning objectives, keeping the training inclusive, and considering the audience, topic, and circumstances.
Ability to apply different facilitation skills according to the audience and how things evolve during the training session.
