We're looking for a Recruiter to join our Early Careers recruitment team in Budapest, to help us grow and scale our WiseStart programs globally.  

Here’s where you’ll have impact:

Our global WiseStart recruitment team is responsible for attracting, hiring and providing an exceptional experience for all of our graduate, intern, apprentice and career switchers at Wise. In this role you’ll have a huge impact in shaping Wise as the best place to start (or restart) your career.

This role will give you the opportunity to learn about early careers recruiting and all the exciting activities we get involved in from marketing and employer branding to event management. 

As a WiseStart Recruiter, you will:

• Manage a full life cycle of recruiting tasks for different areas all over our business - including both tech and non-tech positions, globally

• Own a range of recruitment operations including ATS management, job posting and various assessment tool management

• Manage elements of our intern & graduate programs

• Take part in building out university partnerships and advising on which external job boards and student associations are most beneficial to partner with to enhance Wise as a student employer in Hungary

• Take part in planning and driving events (virtual and in person) including career fairs, Hackathons and webinars

• Measure your success by constantly looking at data to drive all your decisions

• Participate in the global Recruitment Team and partner with your fellow recruiters globally on various project groups to help solve problems

What does it take?

• You have some existing recruitment experience, ideally with early careers or volume hiring specifically, and have a genuine interest in working with people right at the beginning of their career

• You have an exceptional eye for detail and juggling multiple tasks at once

• You’re curious, keen to learn and proactive by nature

• You have exceptional verbal & written English skills - candidate communications are a big part of this role and our team is international, so you will be using English on a daily basis

• You are open to and value feedback in order to improve

• Finally, you’re located in Budapest and legally authorised to work in Hungary.
