You’ll be providing administrative, planning and coordination support to our Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Chandni Bhan, and the Risk team.
Please note this role requires you to be in the office 4 days per week minimum.
Your mission:
Efficiently manage and coordinate the diary of the CRO arranging internal and external meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Monitor and manage the CRO's email inbox, prioritising emails, flagging important messages, and ensuring timely responses.
Track and follow up on action items for the CRO, ensuring timely completion.
Process and manage expense reports for the CRO, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Handle team holiday requests.
Maintain and update the org chart for the Risk Team, making necessary changes as required.
Plan and organise team offsites, events, and social activities, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for the CRO, including flights, and accommodation, ensuring all travel plans are efficient and cost-effective.
Support Risk team with preparation for Board and Committee meetings.
Provide light diary support to other directors within the Risk team as required.
A bit about you:
You have mid level experience as a Personal Assistant in a high growth company, ideally supporting a global team with multiple demands.
You act with total discretion and can be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive matters.
You’re excellent at building relationships and leveraging these for better outcomes.
You’re a self starter and love to work in an empowered way. You’re able to identify gaps and streamline processes with minimal guidance from others.
You use your initiative and sound judgement to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities.
You’re organised and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times.
You have excellent communication skills. You match your communication style to the specifics of the situation, and audience.
You’re proficient in using Google Suite.
