Strategic Alignment & Support

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Operational Leads to translate high-level product visions and strategic objectives into detailed Operational project plans and actionable tasks.
  • Contribute to defining key project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall FinCrime product goals.
  • Gather critical feedback from operational teams and analysts to identify pain points, understand user needs, and inform future project iterations and process improvements.

Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Analyze team-level metrics and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within current FinCrime operational and product processes.
  • Propose and implement data-driven improvements to streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and explore opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to design and execute solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the FinCrime landscape.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

  • Serve as a key liaison between operations and engineering, clearly articulating project requirements and ensuring technical specifications align with project goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the operations team, providing support on emerging patterns, bug reports, and improvement suggestions related to FinCrime tools and processes.
  • Independently investigate tooling needs and scope out  / design solutions to support the launch of new markets and products, ensuring operational readiness.
