The People and Organisational Development team supports Wise's mission and reinforces learning culture through enabling autonomous teams and Wisers to unlock their potential by providing opportunities to develop and grow. We're on the look our for an Instructional Designer to join our team for a 12 month period.

THE ROLE

 TRAINING DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT:

• Designing training courses (predominantly e-learning) based on information received from business stakeholders (e.g.: Compliance, Security etc.)

• Developing e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Absorb Create or other SCORM compliant authoring tools

• Creating images and video content using Articulate 360, Adobe Photoshop and AI tools

• Continuously improving e-learning modules based on feedback received from learners and business stakeholders

• Troubleshooting e-learning modules in case of unforeseen technical issues

• Conducting user acceptance testing for e-learning courses created by the team

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ADMIN & SUPPORT:

• Support our LMS admin in resolving LMS-related incidents and requests

• Create and manage course completion reports on an as-needed basis

DEVELOPMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

• Proactively researching new technologies for elearning content creation and implementing them in the learning experiences designed by the Instructional Design team

• Experimenting with AI to improve and automate ways of working

• Taking part in wider People projects for exposure, always stays on top of HR/Learning trends, attends webinars, reads and connects with people to learn and expand their professional knowledge 

  TRAINING & WORKSHOP FACILITATION:

• Occasional facilitation of Company Onboarding session for newbies (as a back-up for other team members)

Your Experience:

• A minimum 1 year experience in content design & development preferably in a multinational company (SSC or similar) OR equivalent educational background

• Basic understanding of HTML

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Content Management Systems (CMS) 

 Job Specific Skills: 

• Authoring Tools Proficiency: proven experience using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate OR other authoring or design tools

• Graphic design & video editing skills

• Familiarity with the ADDIE model OR other instructional design frameworks
