Job Description

Join us in our Tallinn office as a Learning & Development Specialist and shape the future of learning! Your mission: 

As an L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and improving learning solutions that empower PayOps to succeed in their roles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. By equipping PayOps teams with the right skills and knowledge, you will directly contribute to enhancing customer experiences, ensuring efficient problem resolution, and driving overall customer satisfaction. The end result will be higher customer retention and happiness rate contributing to mission zero.
 

This role will give you an opportunity to:

  • Design and deliver engaging learning solutions  in various formats (e-learning, facilitator led sessions, etc)
  • Own the end-to-end training process, from discovery to content creation, stakeholder collaboration, data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, team leads, and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives address key business challenges
  • Use data-driven insights to measure training effectiveness and continuously optimize learning solutions
  • Champion a learning-first mindset, empowering teams to take ownership of their own development
  • Explore and implement innovative learning solutions to enhance engagement and knowledge retention and to have an impact on the key strategic pillars

 


Qualifications

  • You have a proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective learning solutions that address business needs and drive performance
  • You have a strong understanding of instructional design frameworks and adult learning theory
  • You’re skilled in developing core learning materials (manuals, e-learning modules, course materials)
  • You have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Absorb or others is a plus)
  • You’re strong in project management, able to plan and execute multiple learning initiatives concurrently
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics and  interpret learning and operational data to inform design decisions and measure program effectiveness
  • You are proficient in conducting learning needs assessments at both organizational and individual levels
  • You have experience leveraging Large Language Model (LLM) tools to enhance content development, personalize learning paths, and extract actionable insights from unstructured data
  • You’re flexible and adaptable, comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You handle routine well and are well organised (managing multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously)
  • You’re punctual, independent, proactive and willing to get things done;
  • You’re feedback and solution oriented - you want to find opportunities and improve training modules
  • You’re a team player who collaborates across functions while taking ownership of their work and promotes knowledge sharing
  • You’ve strong interest in the Learning & Development area - a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices in training and development, and incorporating innovative approaches into training delivery.

Nice to have:

  • Basic video production and graphic design skills (for creating learning content)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker
  • Experience in applying design thinking principles in learning and development context
  • Examples of independence and effective self-management are essential for success in this role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good cross-team communicator in a global setting
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
