We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join Wise Business as part of the wider Brand and Creative team in London. You’ll play a key part in helping grow the creative output of Wise Business by delivering impactful, recognisable and effective marketing assets, helping Wise Business reach millions of existing and potential customers around the world.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, passionate, self-starter with B2B experience in similar in-house teams or branding agencies with exceptional communication skills – both with peers and stakeholders. This role requires someone who is both highly creative and technically hands-on, with the confidence to define a clear vision for how motion can amplify our creative output at Wise Business.
The Brand and Creative team is made up of 30+ people and based in London. As a team our mission is to bring Wise’s story to life with clarity and creative excellence. We champion the brand across every touchpoint – making complex financial ideas simple, human and engaging. From big campaigns to everyday content, we work to ensure Wise is recognised and trusted worldwide, helping people and businesses move money faster, cheaper and more transparently.
What you’ll do
Create engaging motion design assets across campaigns, CRM, social, product demos, explainers, case studies, and events.
Shape how Wise Business tells its story through motion, ensuring work is impactful, recognisable, and on brand.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to deliver creative solutions that support business goals.
Storyboard, develop style frames, and manage projects from concept to final delivery.
Ensure high production standards, consistent quality, and attention to detail across all outputs.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactively identify opportunities where motion can enhance the Wise Business brand.
Communicate design decisions clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
2D motion graphics and animation skills (3D a plus).Strong video editing and post-production skills, with sound design basics.
Knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and visual identity application for motion.
Understanding of rendering pipelines, formats, and multi-platform delivery.
Ability to align creative storytelling with marketing funnels and campaign objectives.
Strategic mindset, with curiosity to explore new tools, trends, and fintech innovations.
Strong collaboration, adaptability, and communication skills.
Problem-solving and resourcefulness under tight deadlines.
Growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.
