  • Help customers resolve issues related to direct debit chargebacks and other types of payment errors;
  • Knowing chargeback processes and contributing to prevention and recovery of any uncollected funds;
  • Work closely with the Product and Operational teams to identify actionable areas of improvement;
  • Monitor and analyse domain related data, report abnormalities, contribute to operational improvements and team development.

Qualifications

  • You’re placed in Tallinn, Estonia, and have a right to work here (we don’t offer relocation nor visa support for this role)
  • You have experience working in a customer-facing role;
  • You're punctual and have a strong attention to detail;
  • You're good with routine but can also adapt and keep up with fast changes;
  • You're proactive and independent but also know how important good team-work is;
  • You can make decisions in critical situations and have the ability to multitask;
  • You're able to prioritise your work based on the level of urgency and impact.

Schedule Requirements:

  • This role requires a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm TLN time.
