Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Process Excellence Specialist to join our growing Payment Operations team in Tallinn.

Your mission is to own and drive the streamlining and optimisation of our operational processes. You will lead impactful process improvement initiatives from ideation through to execution, enhancing organisational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the company.

Here’s how you’ll add value to the team:

  • Lead in-depth analysis of our operational workflows, using data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for significant improvement.
  • Manage high-impact process improvement projects from concept to completion, managing delivery plans, mitigating risks, and collaborating across teams to drive transformational change.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), creating and maintaining performance dashboards to measure the impact of your changes and guide future optimisations.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, using persuasive communication to gain buy-in and drive the adoption of new, more efficient processes and tools.
  • Shape the strategic direction of our operations by providing data-driven insights for quarterly and long-term planning.
  • Mentor and develop other specialists on the team, contributing to a culture of collaborative learning and advancing your own leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • You're based in Tallinn, Estonia and have the legal right to work in Estonia (we won’t be able to support with visas nor relocation)
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in process optimisation, operations management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives. FinTech experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • You have strong analytical and data analysis skills, with hands-on experience using data visualisation tools (BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
  • You have demonstrated leadership ability, with experience mentoring team members and guiding cross-functional projects.
  • You have project management experience with the ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
  • You have knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma; certification is a plus but not required.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable solutions that align with broader business objectives.
  • You have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing organisational change.

If you're interested in the role, please apply by sending us your CV in English and answering application questions.
