Company Description

We’re looking for an energetic, unstoppable, and scrappy Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team! You will be responsible for crafting differentiated value propositions and communicating the features and benefits of our products through compelling storytelling to drive engagement with our millions of customers and businesses throughout the APAC region.


Job Description

The Role

  • You will play a key role throughout the product development lifecycle, from customer/market research in the discovery phase to determine positioning through to defining/executing go-to-market plans, and driving post-launch engagement with customers for feedback. 

  • You will work closely with product management, design, engineering, analytics, operations, marketing, and public relations teams to ensure the successful launch, promotion, and adoption of our products. 

  • This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to understand market trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our products in the marketplace.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature releases, and product updates.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product vision, target markets, and messaging.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives using key performance indicators and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights


Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Customer obsession - you deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through market research, customer feedback, and data analysis

  • Analytical mindset - you are highly data-driven and comfortable gathering your own data/analytics to inform decision-making and to measure the effectiveness of launches and campaigns

  • Strategic thinker that gets things done - you balance strategic thinking with a high willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever it takes to get it done.

  • Collaborative problem solver - you are resourceful, influential, and highly effective collaborating across teams to solve the most difficult problems

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in banking, fintech, and/or payments

  • Experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
