The Program and Risk Manager - Customer Support sits at the heart of the Transformation Governance and Strategy (TGS) team which itself spans the Customer Service and Know Your Customer functions at Wise.
As part of the TGS team you will play a key role in shaping our new strategy and will have the opportunity to shape the culture and ways of working that we are looking to establish.
The Program and Risk Manager - Customer Support will include the below:
Transformation
Lead of key transformation projects for the CS team focused around driving internal best practice
Translate ideas into tangible initiatives ready for implementation
Act as a key point of contact into the CS team to support on cross functional initiatives
Governance:
Run relevant meetings and planning sessions for launching, assessing, and managing CS OPS plans and strategies.
Align all parties that affect the success of the CS roadmap and strategies.
Additionally, this role sits at the intersection of the business support functions and the operational CS team and as such is key to ensuring the collaboration between the various stakeholders (Workforce Management and Scheduling Team, Global Service Delivery Team, Vendor Management Team, Product Team) and the Support Squad (Global CS).
Risk:
This role includes management of a team to ensure there is central oversight over the status and progress against key Wise Support operational risks. Create, document and apply CS Wise business continuity processes.
- Ability to problem solve to find solutions to complex issues
Ability to design, run and facilitate senior stakeholder meetings
Understand Risk, Governance, and Program management principles
