We are looking for a Programme Manager who will be responsible for driving data-driven insights on our product economics and customer segments, validating forecasting inputs from cost of sales owners, and collaborating with our Pricing Commercial Lead who provides pricing decisions based on the most recent economics. In this role, you will manage the Economics team KPIs, reporting and processes which includes monthly economics reporting, cost allocation, cost of sales forecasting and partnering closely with Product Managers (PMs) to ensure inputs and assumptions align with the latest business data. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all work leading to pricing decisions can be confidently signed off in a single meeting by delivering actionable insights and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
Your mission:
Own and manage monthly economics reporting with a focus on customer segments, unit economics, and partner with Commercial Lead for pricing performance.
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that inform product, forecasting and pricing.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve contribution margin and customer value.
Develop and refine forecasting models to predict financial outcomes and communicate the impact on unit costs.
Work closely with PMs to validate forecasting inputs, ensuring that models are grounded in the latest customer and product data.
Continuously enhance the accuracy and reliability of forecasting processes.
Translate economics and forecast data into clear, actionable recommendations for Product Managers.
Partner with Product Managers to ensure they are aware of and aligned with the latest economics and forecasting data.
Act as a liaison between economics, forecasting and product teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment and be the first point of contact for Economics questions.
Educate teams on the impact of economic and forecasting trends to drive informed decision-making.
Own Economics and Forecasting KPIs
Own the cost ownership matrix and ensure each cost analyst has a plan to improve reliability of their model.

A bit about you:
Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across multiple teams, offices, time-zones with flexibility and a can do attitude.
Financial management expertise, overseeing economics and forecasting cycles, and ensuring costs are accurately tracked and effectively controlled.
Open minded to take the best out of any practices and apply it to Wise Ways of Working; bonus points for visualisation tools like Superset.
Love digging in data, numbers, thinking systematically, and analysing inter-dependencies.
Strong communicator: articulate, clear, strategic – with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Keen to roll up sleeves and get the job done, we all do our own operational work still.
Humble, comfortable operating with a level of uncertainty, keen to learn. Firm and forceful when required.
