Join our dynamic and expanding team in São Paulo and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Wise in the Americas. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your work will directly contribute to scaling our teams and helping more customers save money.
Role Objectives
Own the recruitment operations process, providing crucial administrative and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition team in São Paulo.
Own on-site interview scheduling and coordination in partnership with our Workplace team, managing complex calendars for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
Will be a primary point of contact through the pre-onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires from offer acceptance through their first day.
Generate and maintain recruitment reports, providing data-driven insights on our hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and operational efficiency.
Become a subject matter expert (SME) in our recruitment tools, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scheduling platforms, reporting dashboards, and more.
Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the wider People team to streamline processes and enhance the overall candidate and employee experience.
Maintain and update our recruitment systems with accuracy, ensuring data integrity for reporting and compliance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within recruitment operations to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proven ability to support and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with G Suite (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets) or similar productivity tools.
A proactive and adaptable self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
