At Wise, we strike a critical balance between user experience and the stringent demands of risk prevention. Our mission within the Screening Controls team is to create effectiveness controls and ensure we have a seamless customer experience for our good actor customers. In this vital role, you will be the visionary and executor of seamless case handling experience, catering to both internal operations teams and our Wise customers. 

Your Role & Impact:

• Design a new vision for case handling and work with a cross-functional team of operational leads and agents, 

• Own the operational and customer experience once a sanctions case has been created

•  Work in a cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, operations specialists and compliance to come up with an overall vision of case handling and execute on this

• Own the end-to-end speed resolution time for non-automated cases

• Understand how Screening cases are created and dispositioned by our outsourced and internal operations agents across the globe

• Drive development of sophisticated tools and efficient workflows, enabling our investigators to perform quick and accurate reviews.

Team Dynamics:

• Working with our full-stack development team split between London and Tallinn, you'll contribute to a diverse and innovative group dedicated to making a difference in the Screening space space.

Autonomy in Your Work:

• Define your roadmap to success by taking full ownership of the product vision, with the support and resources of Wise to make it a reality.

• Bring 5-8 years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and a hands-on approach to project management.

• Leverage your practical experience with data science to inform risk management strategies.

• Utilize your deep understanding of the risk and financial crime domain to make a measurable impact.
