More about our mission and what we offer

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist, who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders to join the Global Wise Platform. This is a key role in driving performance by collaborating with commercial leadership, finance, analytics, marketing and other cross-function teams to ensure the execution of our “Go-To-Market” strategies. This will be a high impact and visibility role in the newly formed Revenue Operations function. The role is based in our London office, but you will also work closely with the Global Wise Platform teams based in our offices around the world.

Wise Platform helps banks, software companies and large enterprises leverage Wise’s infrastructure to offer their customers world-class payments products through their own channels. Our partners make up some of the world’s biggest banks and online platforms, such as Morgan Stanley, Monzo, N26 and NuBank. We’re a cross-functional team that sits across sales, account management, product, engineering, operations, analytics and more. And we’re global, with offices in New York, London, Singapore and beyond.

A bit about the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and optimizing revenue generation processes across our commercial teams. You will leverage data, technology, and process improvements to enhance our revenue operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. Since this is a new team being built within Wise Platform, you must be self-driven, motivated and comfortable with ambiguity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations within a high growth (startup or scaleup) B2B SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of the fintech space.

Your mission:

  • Provide regional insights with the data on sales pipeline, forecasts, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure accurate data completion and hygiene.

  • Lead revenue forecasting efforts, working closely with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely pipeline forecasting.

  • Provide operational support and guidance for the go-to-market teams to drive weekly calls and follow-ups.

  • Continuously monitor and refine sales workflows, territory plans, and other operational processes to maximize revenue performance.

  • Work with sales leads to coordinate pipeline reviews and report on performance of sales metrics according to our business goals.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify blockers and take the proactive steps to implement solutions for process and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

  • You have previously worked in a high growth environment (startup and/or scaleup) in a build phase and are comfortable with ambiguity.

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations or similar roles working closely with commercial leadership.

  • Solid understanding of large enterprise sales methodologies, processes, tools, best practices and how to best implement them for a global team.

  • You’re passionate about optimisation - have a proven record of continuously improving existing processes to create impact.

  • You’re analytical - data driven on where the team can increase efficiency within the sales cycle.

  • You are familiar with CRMs and analytical tools (Salesforce, Looker)

  • You’re into the detail - you get close to the sales process and understand where we can really invest to have the biggest impact

  • You are proactive - you see a problem and start to solve it without waiting for others to be involved

  • You are Mission-driven and customer-focused - looking for synergistic partnerships that will benefit the customer and contribute to the Wise Mission
