More about our mission and what we offer.
About the role:
Team Mission: Join our User Technology (UT) team at Wise, where we create a seamless experience by offering all the necessary tools and permissions for people to do their best work and avoid being speed blockers. Our highly mobile, geographically diverse work environment includes more than 20 offices of varying sizes. UT comprises autonomous teams that build and maintain everything needed to support our company mission, including device management, conferences and events, network infrastructure, service management, and user access management within various engineering and support functions. You will work in a smaller group within a global team, primarily in the London office, but also supporting Edinburgh. Additionally, you will provide support to co-workers traveling or working from anywhere outside the office.
How we work
We are a dedicated IT support team with a passion for solving complex problems and helping others succeed. We are a hybrid team where we come in at least 3 times a week but there are rare times when we might have to come in more frequently. Working together as a team is essential not only within our London office, but also with our team members in our other offices around the world.
For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.
We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.
