Job Description

Compensation: 5900 SGD + RSUs

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wise Platform Enterprise Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the team has clarity on the performance & quality targets and that these are met or exceeded consistently while being at the forefront of providing exceptional customer support to our enterprise clients, ensuring smooth and effective use of the Wise Platform. You will need to be highly analytical, collaborative, and solution-driven while working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that team provides high quality and efficient support to meet KPIs
  • Identifies opportunities for team performance improvement and improves via effective performance management.
  • Support agent engagement and motivation, ensuring high engagement within the Wise Platform Enterprise Support team.
  • Ensure the agents are equipped with all the necessary tools, trainings and support to perform their daily tasks
  • Leads interviews with agents and makes hiring decisions, communicates job expectations during hiring process
  • Support agents in setting actionable goals that enable their growth in Wise; provide effective feedback via regular 1-1s, bi-yearly performance review
  • Maintaining networks with various stakeholders within the organisation on the team level.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal & written English communication Skills; proactive and outspoken with the ability to work well across all levels of the business
  • At least 1 year of experience managing teams, driving engagement amongst team members and driving high performance
  • Ability to utilise and analyse data to craft compelling stories to influence stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving skills and analytical mindset, solving problems through available data, observations, and root cause analysis
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas through a variety of mediums in an engaging and concise manner
  • A process-oriented ownership mindset and project management skills
