Job Description

Role Overview

This individual contributor role provides a unique opportunity to think big, get creative, and leverage your expertise to build exciting performance and talent solutions. You’ll play a lead role in positioning Wise as a top destination for talents to flourish.

About You

You are an experienced professional in talent and performance or a people partner with a flare for talent and performance ideally in high-growth businesses. Your strengths lie in building connections, strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving, and project management. You excel in designing and implementing talent products and solutions that resonate with our values and mission.

Your Mission:

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep experience in performance and talent management, business partnering, organizational design and HR systems (e.g., Workday).

  • Solution Design: Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize performance and talent management solutions at scale, including performance reviews, succession planning and career progression.

  • Project Management & Change Management: Experienced in planning and executing medium to large-scale performance and talent projects, utilizing a phased MVP approach.

  • Talent Thought Partner: Strategic partner to the business in optimising talent and performance initiatives which drive high performance

  • Collaboration - Establish and develop relationships with People Partners and key stakeholders taking a coaching approach to consult their performance needs.

  • Talent Analytics: Experienced in gathering user feedback and analyzing performance data to identify emerging trends and areas for improvement.

  • Creative Problem Solving: Capable of thinking outside the box to develop customized performance and talent solutions that address complex challenges.

  • Information systems - Manage performance and talent tools in Workday, exploring best practice in optimisation of the process. 

  • People Organization & Development: Adept in creating learning and onboarding solutions tailored to performance and talent management needs.

  • Experience in High-Growth, International Companies: Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and designing solutions that reinforce a feedback culture.

  • Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
