Job Description

We’re looking for a recruiter to join our growing team in Austin and play a key role in shaping our Americas HQ at Wise. As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be essential in scaling our organization, fostering a strong team culture, and helping us deliver value to our customers. Reporting to the Head of Americas Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment efforts across the region and help build a high-performing team.

Role Objectives:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions and meet hiring goals.
  • Talent Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with exceptional candidates, ensuring they have a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates, regardless of outcome, have a positive interaction with Wise, building a strong talent pool for future opportunities.
  • Sourcing Innovation: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across the Americas.
  • Employer Brand Collaboration: Partner with the Employer Brand and Marketing teams to create recruitment marketing campaigns and events that resonate with prospective candidates.
  • Team Partnership: Collaborate with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to identify hiring challenges and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency across the region.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader People team to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience from recruitment through integration.
