We’re looking for a recruiter to join our growing team in Austin and play a key role in shaping our Americas HQ at Wise. As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be essential in scaling our organization, fostering a strong team culture, and helping us deliver value to our customers. Reporting to the Head of Americas Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment efforts across the region and help build a high-performing team.
Role Objectives:
- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions and meet hiring goals.
- Talent Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with exceptional candidates, ensuring they have a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates, regardless of outcome, have a positive interaction with Wise, building a strong talent pool for future opportunities.
- Sourcing Innovation: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across the Americas.
- Employer Brand Collaboration: Partner with the Employer Brand and Marketing teams to create recruitment marketing campaigns and events that resonate with prospective candidates.
- Team Partnership: Collaborate with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to identify hiring challenges and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency across the region.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader People team to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience from recruitment through integration.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a primary focus on GTM (Go-To-Market) roles.
Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment efforts in the Americas region, preferably in a high-growth, global organization.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Experience in collaborating with hiring teams to make data-driven recruitment decisions and meet hiring goals.
Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making, with experience in creating data-driven reports and effectively communicating insights to inform and influence both recruitment and business strategies.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with and influencing executive stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
