Job Description

Your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of Brazilian customers and help your team to focus on solving their most critical problems.

The focus of this team is to ensure that money moves in and out of Wise in the most seamless, cost-effective, convenient, and fast way for customers. The goal for you, in this role will be to focus on and affect the parts of our product that will help us scale 10x as we enable core functionality for global money transfers. 

Here’s how you’ll be contributing:

  • Drive KPI Performance:

    • You’ll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs for Brazil and monitor the impact of new product features on them

    • Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics.

  • Analytical Leadership in Product Launches:

    • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for all product launches within the team.

    • Conduct comprehensive analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights.

    • Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team.

    • You’ll make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders

  • Development of Data Assets:

    • Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts.

    • Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhance product and customer insights.

Qualifications

A bit about you: 

  • You have 3+ years in similar analytics role

  • You have a background working with product analytics including efficiency analysis and experimentation.

  • You have advanced SQL skills and experience working with data pipelines.

  • You have experience working with Python/R and data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.)

  • A/B testing experience (or good grasp of the required statistics)

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment; knows when and how to adapt analysis scope to achieve 80/20 results

  • Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders and going beyond the analysis to get the job done

Extra skills that are beneficial but not mandatory:

  • Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem

  • Past experience on funnel optimization

  • Very strong technicals
