THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Staff Product Analyst (Senior Individual Contributor) to join the Regional Expansion Tribe and help drive growth globally through targeted insights.
This is a unique opportunity to join the Regional Expansion Tribe who is responsible for ensuring we have localised product offerings in our existing markets and expanding into new markets, all while ensuring we maintain a very high bar for compliance.
Regional Expansion is made up of the UK & Europe, APAC, NorthAm, LatAm & MEA and Regional Platform squads and is distributed Globally across our hubs (Singapore, Austin, London, Tallinn, New York, Budapest) as well as smaller offices.
You’ll report to the Analytics Director in the Regional Expansion Tribe and partner with the Product, Engineering and Banking Leads for Regional Expansion, as well as the Squad lead. You’ll also be a part of the Analytics community within Wise, giving you access to a global network of analytics professionals.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Diagnosing growth trends and identifying key opportunities to accelerate growth / mitigate growth declines
Developing and implementing growth prioritisation frameworks into Regional squads across the Globe
This role will also partner with other teams within Wise to consolidate a single, comprehensive growth narrative both Globally and Regionally.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
7+ years of experience using analytical insights to drive growth in fast-paced, scaling, global companies
Hands-on data manipulation and analysis experience including scripting/coding (and coaching others) in SQL and Python (or R)
Experience synthesising large volumes of data across multiple sources, and threading together insights which are key to decision making
The ability to influence across multiple large-scale teams, using data and analytics to accelerate the product roadmap
Storytelling. Making the complex simple by building and telling stories with data to effect positive change across organisations
Problem solving skills. You have co-driven large-scale projects, helping to bring teams together to plan around problems with KPIs that make a difference
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Practically used + applied AI / machine learning techniques and built predictive models to get deeper insights
- Annual base salary: £100k - £125k (based on experience & interview outcomes)
