We’re looking for an Account Manager, who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders - to join the Wise Platform team. You’ll work with our existing payout partners to help them leverage Wise’s infrastructure to power their cross-border payments.
We’ve launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Monzo, N26 and bunq in EMEA, and today have 80+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.
About the role:
You will be an Account Manager within a fast growing Payouts Sales team, responsible for driving growth with our payout partners globally. You’ll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your partner portfolio, execute the deals effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders.
You will work closely with our product and operational teams based around the world. You will collaborate with other functions across Wise Platform and the wider Wise organisation, including our product management, engineering, compliance & legal, delivery, as well as business development.
Your mission:
Work with the Wise Platform team to build, close and deliver a strong pipeline of opportunities within your existing accounts, driving product innovation, revenue and volume growth for Wise.
Develop and actively manage comprehensive account plans for key partners, articulating strategies for expansion and growth.
Establish strong relationships with your partners by understanding their strategic objectives, define their priorities and be clear on their decision making process. Lead QBRs and become the subject matter expert for your partners.
Design and manage stakeholder maps that capture essential contacts from Wise and the Partner and how they engage each other.
Utilise data to pinpoint opportunities and inform data-driven dialogue with your partners.
Work on projects and initiatives to improve our strategy and approach globally, such as helping iterate our product roadmap, pricing strategies, go to market efforts - or anything else that helps drive growth.
About you:
You have experience in an Account Management or Sales role, preferably selling to businesses in the payment space.
You have experience with domestic and cross-border payment systems (SEPA, FPS, SWIFT and other local market payment schemes) and is familiar with FS landscape
You’re experienced in building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders of all sizes – from CEOs, to head of payments, network managers and product managers.
You’re hands on, not afraid to roll-up your sleeves, lead partner calls, listen to their feedback and work with the wider team on devising a plan to achieve meeting partners’ expectations, whilst achieving our objectives.
You are passionate about high growth businesses and have a desire to contribute significantly to our overarching Wise Platform mission.

The salary for the role is: 3500 EUR - 4500 EUR a month plus RSU's.
