We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Regulatory Compliance team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Central Bank regulations related to Pix and Open Finance and demonstrate a strong track record of working in these areas. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, evaluating internal policies, and contributing to the development and implementation of effective compliance controls.

This role demands a proactive individual with analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate regulatory complexity. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align the organization's operations with evolving regulatory standards.

• Regulatory Compliance Oversight:

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to Central Bank regulations concerning Pix and Open Finance.

  • Review and update internal policies, procedures, and controls to align with regulatory requirements.

  •  Stay updated on regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization

• Operational Support and Risk Assessment:

  • Conduct detailed assessments of compliance risks related to Pix and Open Finance processes.

  • Evaluate the impact of new products or services on compliance, recommending necessary changes or controls.

  • Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and ensure they are effectively integrated into operations.

• Internal and External Audits:

  • Coordinate and provide support during internal and regulatory audits, ensuring documentation and processes meet required standards.

  • Address audit findings by designing and implementing corrective action plans.

• Regulatory Reporting:

  • Prepare and review regulatory reports, including metrics and updates for submission to Central Bank authorities.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, following all applicable guidelines.

• Policy Development and Implementation:

  • Draft and implement compliance policies and frameworks for Pix and Open Finance activities.

  • Evaluate existing policies and recommend enhancements to strengthen compliance infrastructure.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (legal, operations, product, and product compliance) to ensure compliance in new initiatives involving Pix and Open Finance.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory compliance queries related to Pix and Open Finance.

• Training and Awareness:

  • Deliver compliance training to internal teams, focusing on regulatory obligations and best practices for Pix and Open Finance.

  • Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organization.

• Incident Management:

  • Investigate and respond to compliance-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.

  • Identify root causes of non-compliance and implement preventative measures.

• Regulatory Advocacy:

  • Engage with Central Bank authorities and industry working groups to advocate for the company’s interests and stay informed on regulatory trends.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze compliance metrics and data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.

  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate compliance status and insights to senior management.

• Holds a bachelor's degree in any field of study.

• Strong knowledge of BACEN regulations and guidelines for Pix and Open Finance.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Central Bank regulations, specifically related to Pix and Open Finance.

• Proven experience in compliance roles, preferably in financial institutions or fintech.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate risks and design effective controls.

• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both English and Portuguese, including written and verbal proficiency.

• Willingness to travel for work as required, including visits to other offices or meetings with regulators and partners.

• Must have or be willing to obtain the ABT1 certification within the first three months of employment.
