Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Graduate Product Designer to join our London to join our London based Wise Platform team.

In this role you’ll be providing hands-on design support to ensure consistent brand experiences for Wise Platform. You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders.

Your mission:

You'll be mentored by several Designers at Wise, collaborating with other Wisers and fellow grads on cross-functional projects. We plot our moves every quarter, and your mission will be mapped out with your lead. You’ll have plenty of room to grow and help to define your scope.

You’ll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Wise Platform — a squad that helps banks and large enterprises move the world’s money with speed, certainty and ease. You'll also be part of the Wise Design Community and will regularly collaborate with designers across Wise.

You will spend the first 18 months working in one of our product teams, where you’ll shape useful, usable, and memorable customer experiences. At the end of the 18 month grad programme you will settle into your permanent role.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • You’ll get to know Wise product teams and customers, building empathy and deep understanding of their needs.

  • You’ll be honing and flexing your craft skills in a collaborative environment.

  • You’ll be influential in your team, guiding them to prioritise customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality.

You will have flexibility in how and where you work. We understand everyone needs a little something different - so we’ll do our best to make it happen, but we recommend coming to the office as much as possible in your first months.
