Job Description
Your Mission
As a Growth Marketing Manager for Greater China market, you will:
Develop and execute all user growth strategies for Wise on Chinese social media platforms, including but not limited to WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.
Drive growth initiatives and strategies in Greater China, ensuring significant market penetration and user acquisition.
Lead market collaboration and marketing plans with Wise's Chinese financial partners.
Formulate and implement growth strategies for Wise's global Chinese user base, exploring new advertising, affiliate, and influencer marketing opportunities.
Provide Chinese-related marketing advice to other internal channels.
About You
Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms.
Data-driven mindset.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

Salary range: SGD 8,100 - 11,100 per month + RSUs
