How should global money work? How do you take a complex, stressful experience and make it simple, calming even? How do you challenge the way it’s always been done?

These are just a few of the challenges a Senior Content Designer will work on as part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Right now we move £6 billion every month for over 12 million people. But we're only 2% done — because people without borders deserve money without borders.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be levelling up the quality of our existing content across Support — a squad that helps millions of people troubleshoot our products and understand how to get the most out of what we offer.
In addition, you’ll be figuring out how to harness the potential of AI to scale your impact as a designer, quickly test and iterate on your ideas with a huge degree of freedom and flexibility, and learn as part of your day-to-day work as this technology evolves.
You'll also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.
Here’s how you’ll contribute
You’ll get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs.
You’ll use your expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiences that make stressful situations easier.
You’ll be influential in your squad, understanding and prioritising content needs.
You’ll work with a talented team of designers, analysts, product managers and engineers to bring your ideas to life.
Together with your team, you’ll identify ways to use AI to improve the way we support our customers, and with your fellow content designers, how to leverage AI as part of your design toolkit.
Using your content skills you’ll level up content design quality and maturity across the squad, one iteration at a time.

About you:
Accomplished Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world-class consumer products
Hands on experience delivering creative and product content in fast paced, engineering-led environments
Strong interest and foundational understanding of AI, including as part of user-facing products and as part of your content design process
Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully collaborate in this environment
Familiarity with design processes and experience validating how content solves real customer problems
Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality
Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback
Heads up, this probably isn’t for you if:
Your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, journalism or social media – and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX.
You’re not comfortable navigating complexity and working in a fast-paced environment
