Job Description

We’re looking for a recruiter to join our growing team in Austin and play a key role in shaping our Americas HQ at Wise. As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be essential in scaling our organization, fostering a strong team culture, and helping us deliver value to our customers. Reporting to the Head of Americas Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment efforts across the region and help build a high-performing team.

Role Objectives:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions and meet hiring goals.
  • Talent Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with exceptional candidates, ensuring they have a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates, regardless of outcome, have a positive interaction with Wise, building a strong talent pool for future opportunities.
  • Sourcing Innovation: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across the Americas.
  • Employer Brand Collaboration: Partner with the Employer Brand and Marketing teams to create recruitment marketing campaigns and events that resonate with prospective candidates.
  • Team Partnership: Collaborate with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to identify hiring challenges and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency across the region.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader People team to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience from recruitment through integration.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring across a variety of roles.
  • Expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent through creative and innovative methods.
  • Ability to assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling challenging recruitment needs.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information

Salary range: $105,000-$140,000
