We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Treasury team. This role is a unique opportunity to have a critical impact on Wise's mission by building the core platform that manages our global bank account network—the very rails our "Money without Borders" engine runs on.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the product strategy for a centralized, scalable, and secure platform for the entire lifecycle of bank account and counterparty 
• Work closely with critical stakeholders across Treasury , Payments , Finance , and Banking to understand their needs and resolve competing priorities.
• Own the product roadmap from discovery to delivery, solving complex cross-functional problems and leveling-up the existing operational processes. 
• Work closely with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Analytics, Operations and Risk & Controls. The team has product development hubs in London and Tallinn, and operational hubs in Singapore, Austin, London and Tallinn
• Continuously measure success, focusing on risk reduction , operational efficiency, and scalability.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+  years product building experience, either as an engineering or product or operations leader in a hands on role
• Strong individual contributor, willing to get your hands dirty and build product yourself. You might have a background that shows you have a superpower (engineer, dealer, analyst, financial, serial entrepreneur, etc).
• Have built roadmaps that find a path from uncertainty and chaos to clarity and execution.
• Hands on with data. You have defined and moved KPIs for an area, and done this multiple times
• Has experience of getting to grips with established systems and processes and identifying the optimal improvements and the pathway. 
• Have experience of building both in-house services and integrating with third party systems. 
• Brilliant communicator who can manage the competing priorities of cross-functional teams and explain complex technical or numerical concepts to a wide audience clearly ​​​​​​​

Nice-to-haves:

• Has experience working in or around Finance, Treasury, or Payments. You understand the operational and risk-based challenges of managing money at scale.
• Experience with controls or managing audit requirements.
• A technical background or experience working deeply with engineers on internal platforms, data models, and integrating third-party systems.
