Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Early Careers recruitment team in Tallinn, to help us grow and scale our Early Careers programs globally.

Here’s where you’ll have impact:

Our global Early Careers recruitment team is responsible for attracting, hiring and providing an exceptional experience for all of our graduate, intern, apprentice and career switchers at Wise. In this role you’ll have a huge impact in shaping Wise as the best place to start (or restart) your career.

This role will give you the opportunity to learn about early careers recruiting and all the exciting activities we get involved in related to it from marketing and employer branding to event management.

As an Early Careers Senior Recruiter, you will:

  • Manage a full life cycle of talent acquisition tasks for different areas all over our business - including both tech and non-tech positions, on a global scale.
  • Own a range of recruitment operations, including the management of ATS and various assessment tools, while setting up automations and integrations with internal and external vendors.
  • Take ownership of key functional recruitment areas, driving strategy and execution.
  • Contribute to headcount management and forecasting for early careers talent, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Manage elements of our intern & graduate programs.
  • Participate in building university partnerships and advising on which external job boards and student associations are most beneficial to partner with to enhance Wise as a student employer in Estonia.
  • Plan and host events (virtual and in person) including career fairs, Hackathons and webinars.
  • Measure your success by constantly looking at data to drive all your decisions.
  • Participate in the global Talent Team and partner with your fellow recruiters globally on various project groups to help solve problems.
  • Mentor and coach more junior members of the team, sharing best practices and fostering their development.
  • Deputize for the current team lead when necessary, providing leadership and guidance to the team
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and building strong, collaborative relationships.

Qualifications

What does it take?

  • You have at least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally owning end-to-end hiring for early careers roles.
  • You have proven experience working on a global scale with recruitment initiatives.
  • You have an exceptional eye for detail and juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • You’re curious, keen to learn and proactive by nature.
  • You have exceptional verbal & written English skills - candidate communications are a big part of this role and our team is international, so you will be using English on a daily basis.
  • It would be great if you’ve worked with Smart Recruiters before and have experience using skills assessment platforms such as HackerRank or Maki People (but it’s not vital).
  • You are open to and value feedback in order to improve.
  • Finally, you’re located in Tallinn and legally authorised to work in Estonia.

Additional Information

If you're ready to take on an exciting challenge and make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you! Please submit your resume in English. We start reviewing applications from day one, so we recommend applying sooner rather than later! 💚
