Internship Roadmap

Our program is designed to offer you a comprehensive learning experience, transforming you into a well-rounded professional ready to tackle the challenges of the fintech world. 

You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of your team, gaining hands-on experience and deep-diving into your specific function. During the program, you will:

  • Collaborate on a major project throughout the 10 weeks, giving you ownership of a significant initiative from start to finish.

  • Dive into specialized courses and real-world cases to build a strong understanding of our end-to-end processes.

  • Learn independently through internal guides and side-by-side sessions with experienced team members.

  • Engage in all-company team calls, helping you connect with our mission and feel like an integral part of the team from day one.


You should apply if:

  • You’re a current student in your penultimate year of study, preparing to graduate next year.

  • You’re passionate about fintech and excited to launch your career in the industry.

  • You’re studying a relevant discipline that aligns with the role you're applying for.

  • You’re available full-time for 10 weeks starting at the end of June.

  • You are eligible to work in the location of the role: In most locations, candidates must have the right to work in the location of the role. Visa sponsorship is generally not available in most locations.

Ready to build the future of finance? As a WiseStart Software Engineer, you'll start with our Engineering Bootcamp to bring up to speed on the tools and terminology we use.

Followed by the Engineering Academy, a 9-month program designed to bridge the gap between university and a live production environment. You'll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with different teams, and create seamless, high-performing interfaces that directly affect our customers.

Our analytics roles are for those who are passionate about using data to drive key business decisions and create a seamless experience for our customers. You'll use various statistical methods and tools to carry out crucial data analysis from day one.

Finance

As a Finance Specialist, you'll join a globally recognised program designed to help you become a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant with a level 7 apprenticeship qualification. You'll be supported by a dedicated coach and training manager to build your technical skills, commercial knowledge, and forward-thinking mindset.

If you're looking for a design internship where you can make a real impact, look no further. Our program starts with the WiseStart Design Bootcamp, an introduction to our tools and terminology, followed by the WiseStart Academy, which includes coaching, workshops, and seminars.

You'll get to know our product teams and customers, building a deep understanding of their needs as you help bring our brand to life through marketing materials and event experiences. Legal

As a Legal Graduate, you will spend 2 years within our Legal team, gaining comprehensive exposure to diverse legal matters throughout the business. Your rotations will include Privacy and Company Secretarial functions, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with data protection, privacy laws, and corporate governance.

You'll be part of an award-winning legal team working in a fast-paced, global fintech, where you will have a high level of independence and responsibility, all whilst working and learning alongside other high-performing team members.
