When can I expect to hear back after my final interview?
Once you’ve completed your final interview, a Recruiter will reach out with feedback and the next steps. We’ll do our best to touch base within a few days, but for high volume roles or if there are multiple candidates in the pipeline, it might take a bit longer. How often am I expected to come into the office?
Wise has a flexible working model. However, in your first 6 months, you're expected to be in the office most days so that you receive a great onboarding experience.
